Carolyn Reynolds is a co-founder of Pandemic Action Network and a global health, development, and U.S, foreign policy leader with 30+ years’ experience. She is a Global Health Policy Senior Associate at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, an expert adviser to the Commission on Strengthening America’s Health Security, and a Distinguished Fellow at The George Institute for Global Health. She has served as a senior adviser to international organizations, including the Global Financing Facility, World Bank, WHO, and Global Preparedness Monitoring Board. Prior to co-founding Pandemic Action Network, Carolyn held leadership positions at PATH and at the World Bank Group where she led strategic communications and policy advocacy in global health and human development, including during the Ebola crisis.
